Job summary

Pembroke & Co., Inc. is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee 3-5 QSR locations within a designated territory, blending hands-on leadership with daily operations to drive performance. You will lead training, support Store Managers, and implement sales programs while ensuring brand standards.

The role involves budgeting oversight, labor and food cost targets, and forecasting sales trends. The schedule runs about 50 hours per week, including Sundays and holidays, with coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Quick-service restaurant experience is required.
• Leadership role; ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be able to sit, stand, traverse for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory.
• Assists Store Managers with hiring, disciplining, and training of crew members.
• Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
• Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
• Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to support business and staffing needs.
• Cover for Store Managers’ days off, as needed.
• Support daily operations of stores, as needed.
