Job summary

Dunkin', as part of High Performance Hospitality, seeks a District Manager to lead a multi-unit portfolio in Southern California. You will own area P&L, coach General Managers, and drive growth through local store marketing, staffing, and operations excellence across high-volume Dunkin' locations.

Responsibilities include optimizing drive-thru performance, ensuring brand standards, and building a bench of leaders to execute during peak periods. Travel between restaurants is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant operations leadership, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Ability to read and act on P&L statements, labor reports, inventory trends, sales dashboards.
• Strong coaching style and ability to lead through General Managers and build accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own area-level P&L performance across assigned restaurants and drive profitability.
• Identify opportunities through visits, scorecards, guest feedback, and performance reviews.
• Set action plans with GMs and follow up until gaps are closed.
• Lead local store marketing, promotions, daypart focus, and community outreach.
• Ensure brand standards, window readiness, and health/safety readiness are met.
• Coach GMs/ADMs on labor scheduling, staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Partner with franchisee leadership on maintenance, equipment uptime, and store readiness.
• Support manager hiring and bench development with HR and leadership.
