Dunkin' Donuts in Southern California is hiring an Assistant District Manager to drive store-level execution, P&L discipline, staffing, training, inventory discipline, and guest experience across assigned restaurants. Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR, coffee, bakery, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to manage or influence store-level P&L, labor scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash controls, and guest experience metrics.
• Experience traveling between stores within a Southern California district.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support store-level P&L performance by coaching GMs on sales, labor, and cost controls.
• Inspect restaurants, review results, identify opportunities, and implement store-specific improvement plans.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including opening/closing, rush readiness, and brand standards.
• Coach managers and crews on guest service, order accuracy, drive-thru readiness, and recovery from guest issues.
• Lead training for crew, shift leaders, and new managers on safety, procedures, and policies.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions at the store level.
• Monitor inventory counts, product rotation, vendor usage, and waste minimization.
• Address maintenance, cleanliness, and store readiness; support promotions and local marketing.
