Job summary

Dunkin' | High Performance Hospitality in Southern California seeks a District Manager to lead multiple Dunkin' restaurants, drive profitable growth, and ensure brand execution across the portfolio.

You will coach General Managers, analyze P&L and guest feedback, optimize staffing, and partner with franchise teams on maintenance and health standards. This role requires 5+ years of restaurant operations leadership and frequent travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant operations leadership
• Ability to read and act on P&L statements, labor reports and dashboards
• Strong coaching style to lead through General Managers
• Experience with local store marketing, product launches, labor scheduling
• California wage-hour knowledge and health/safety readiness
• Proficiency with POS and back-office systems

Responsibilities

• Own area-level P&L performance across assigned restaurants, including sales and costs
• Identify store-by-store opportunities through visits, reviews, and scorecards
• Review performance with GMs and set action plans to close gaps
• Drive sales growth through local store marketing and promotions
• Coach GMs on labor scheduling, staffing, and training
• Partner with franchisee leadership on maintenance and health-safety priorities
• Lead during staffing shortages, escalations, and store emergencies
• Ensure brand standards and window readiness across restaurants
