Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Southern California is seeking an Assistant District Manager to lead hands-on operations across multiple restaurants. You will partner with the District Manager to drive store-level P&L, staffing, training, and guest experience while maintaining brand standards and speed of service.

This role requires coaching store managers, overseeing openings and closings, and ensuring food safety, inventory discipline, and local marketing execution across busy commuter and neighborhood

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR, coffee, bakery, fast casual, or high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Experience in managing multiple units and coaching managers.
• Strong focus on P&L, labor, inventory, and guest metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coaching GMs on sales growth, labor scheduling, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Inspect restaurants, review results, identify opportunities, and execute improvement plans.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly including opening/closing and rush readiness.
• Coach on guest service, order accuracy, drive-thru readiness, and handling guest complaints.
• Lead training for crew, shift leaders, assistant managers, and new managers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement.
• Monitor inventory counts, rotation, ordering, vendor usage, and waste minimization.
• Address maintenance, cleanliness, eSupport tickets, and store readiness needs.
• Implement seasonal promotions and local store marketing within the trade area.
