Qdoba OM Group in Lyndhurst, OH is seeking an experienced Restaurant District Manager to lead 5-6 locations, drive sales and profitability, ensure food safety, and foster a guest-first culture.

You will oversee restaurant managers, coach teams, and develop operations that deliver quality meals quickly while maintaining cost controls and strong guest satisfaction metrics. This is a full-time, in-person role with a competitive salary and bonus program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant multi-unit leadership experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant management focuses on food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service procedures.
• Achieve financial goals by managing costs, guest service processes, and profit opportunities.
• Mentor managers, promote a guest-first culture, and coach staff to resolve guest issues promptly.
