The role requires managing budgets, staffing, and performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Monitor and analyze progress towards financial and performance targets; implement changes to maximize profitability.
• Ensure food and beverage concepts adhere to brand standards; maintain a culture of learning and accountability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong teams; manage hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions for plaza leadership.
• Supervise plaza leadership to meet individual and business goals; ensure reports are properly managed.
