Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in supervision of Domino’s Pizza or fast food operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, motivation and team-building skills.
• Strong decision making and crisis management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve Operating Plan for the district.
• Work with Managers to develop area budget.
• Review profitability and trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead weekly sales and profit reviews with GM and Franchisee.
• Oversee staffing, training, and store operations across multiple locations.
