Job summary

Domino's franchise is seeking a District Manager/Supervisor with restaurant experience to oversee five to seven domino’s units, drive sales and profitability, and lead restaurant management teams. A college degree plus 3+ years in district management or multi-unit operations in the restaurant industry is required.

You will ensure financial controls, adherence to standards, and a positive work environment for staff while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• A college degree and 3+ years' experience as a District Manager or Multi-unit operator in the restaurant industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong talent and performance-management skills
• Solid financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations for five to seven restaurant units, leading restaurant management teams to drive sales and profitability
• Developing the professional abilities of unit management staff and ensuring enforcement of financial controls, operation standards, policies and procedures
• Create a positive experience for customers and a positive work environment for employees
