Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Multi-Unit Supervisor to oversee multiple locations in the area. The role emphasizes implementing operating plans, managing budgets, and driving profitability.

You will partner with general managers and franchisees, lead staffing and training, roll out promotions, and ensure customer service and safety standards are met. Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-7+ years of supervisory experience in fast-food operations.

Qualifications

• Successfully managed a group of Domino’s Pizza or fast food restaurants.
• 5-7+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve Operating Plan with budgets, profitability analysis, and weekly performance reviews.
• Build sales strategies; foster local community and store marketing relationships to hit goals.
• Support General Managers and area with staffing, tools, goals, and performance feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with Leadership Team and conduct regular meetings.
• Ensure area stores are staffed and trained; manage HR processes and store changes.
• Administer wage/benefits, weekly reporting, and coordination of promotions.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and product quality; address issues promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service; address complaints within 24 hours.
• Enforce safety and security standards; timely incident reporting and documentation.
