Job summary

mSupply is seeking a District Branch Operations Manager (Sales & Operations) based in Portland, ME. This role leads multiple branches to ensure sales, safety, and customer satisfaction, while developing Branch Managers and overseeing cost control, training, and inventory management.

You will regularly engage through visits, audits, and meetings to align with company standards, coaching teams, and driving process improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/ops related field.
• 8+ years in business operations, warehousing, supply chain or logistics.
• 3+ years multi-unit leadership with strong metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with office tech including virtual meeting platforms and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple branches to ensure sales, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach Branch Managers; drive cost control and inventory management.
• Oversee P&L, performance reviews and facility logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
• Travel as required to support branches.
