Responsibilities

• Oversee branch performance including customer service, warehousing, and staff.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns via phone, email, and sales counter.
• Coordinate stock levels with Sales Representatives to meet local needs.
• Resolve escalated customer/service issues and supervise branch personnel.
• Plan tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and goals.
