Nbutexas, a fast-growing food & beverage brand in the Boston market, is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive operational excellence.

You'll lead General Managers, build high-performing teams, manage P&L, labor, and inventory, and champion customer experience across the region. This role offers strong growth potential with a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Experience leading salaried managers and developing teams.
• Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Experience with growth environments or new openings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency.
• Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market.
• Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation.
