Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Boston-area locations, driving operational excellence and brand consistency while building high-performing teams. You will lead General Managers, optimize labor, inventory, and financial performance, and steer growth initiatives across the market.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, proven capability to manage salaried managers, and strong problem-solving and communication skills in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Proven success leading salaried managers and developing strong teams.
• Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with growth environments, change management, or new openings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency.
• Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market.
• Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation.
