Job summary

Umami Riot Experience is seeking an Area Manager, Fast Casual to run day-to-day operations across our Boston-area concepts, driving performance, hospitality, and financial discipline.

You will own the P&L, manage labor and food costs, and establish scalable processes for future openings. The role emphasizes leadership on the floor, coaching managers, and building a repeatable playbook as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• You have 4+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading multiple units in fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume counter service.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of fast-casual concepts including operations, hospitality, people, and financials.
• Take ownership of P&L, labor, food cost, inventory and four-wall performance.
• Lead from the floor ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and execution.
• Build operating rhythms and training systems for future growth.
• Coach and develop managers to build bench strength for expansion.
• Lead new restaurant openings from planning to stabilization and rollout playbooks.
