Job summary

Hogsalt's Small Cheval is seeking a Full Time Multi-Unit Director of Operations to oversee several quick-service locations in the Chicagoland area. The role focuses on optimizing day-to-day operations, driving sales and profits, and maintaining high standards across service, culinary, and beverage programs.

Candidate should have 2–4 years GM experience in quick-service and multi-unit hospitality, with strong back-of-house skills and a bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of GM experience in quick-service environments.
• 2-4 years in multi-unit hospitality settings.
• Experience in kitchen with Back-of-House duties (cooking, cleaning, equipment).
• Bachelor's degree in business/hospitality or equivalent hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Small Cheval locations (multi-unit).
• Analyze P&L and drive actions to optimize store performance.
• Support Store Leaders to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Monitor store financials and coordinate adjustments with leadership.
• Maintain Hogsalt food culture standards: service, quality, cleanliness, COGs.
