Nextgen Hospitality Solutions leads multiple high-volume fast casual restaurants in the Long Beach area. You will guide daily operations, coach your managers, and own the results across several locations.

This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 per year plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and PTO. Travel between units is required to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.

• Proven multi-unit or high-volume leadership experience.
• Strong history coaching and developing managers.
• Experience running full-service fast casual operations.
• Sharp command of P&L, labor, and food cost.
