Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility across multiple units preferred.
• Ability to relocate and travel across locations.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel, work, and train across multiple locations to support operations.
• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company goals while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
