Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a System Retail Manager to lead multi-site operations across a healthcare system. You will direct daily retail activities, ensure compliance, and drive customer experience while coordinating with hospital leadership and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail management, strong financial acumen, and travel flexibility to cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Multi-unit leadership with financial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory & merchandising.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs & operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail reporting systems.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations within the healthcare system.
• Ensure compliance with policies, healthcare requirements, food safety, and regs.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements for efficiency & satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits to assess standards and coach management teams.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering, merchandising, product availability.
• Manage profit and loss for assigned locations.
• Develop strategies for revenue growth, labor management, and expense control.
• Analyze financials, sales trends, and metrics for improvements.
• Ensure cash handling, inventory controls, and financial reporting.
