Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Retail Manager to lead the successful retail/cafeteria operation. You will plan, supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, and hire/train hourly staff. Focus on customer satisfaction, resource efficiency, and public relations.

Key duties include daily operations, staff management, budgeting/forecasting, and implementing culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.

Qualificações

• Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. Degree plus related experience.
• Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare, senior living, retirement or related environment desirable.
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls.
• Leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Financial, budgetary, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and Internet.
• ServSafe® Certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Manages all staff and budgeting activities.
• Forecasts financials and prepares financial reporting.
• Keeps abreast of market trends and cost controls.
• Manages inventory and sanitation/safety of unit.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as liaison with the client.
