Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple centers in the Reno market. You will lead operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance across locations.

In this hands-on role, you will coach General Managers, build leadership pipelines, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR, Facilities, Marketing, and Finance to maximize revenue while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and labor.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple locations with consistent standards.
• Coach location leaders and develop leadership pipelines.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance to drive performance.
• Travel regularly between locations; evenings/weekends as needed.
