Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple venues, drive profits, and elevate guest experiences across the portfolio. The role requires frequent field leadership, coaching, and strategic execution in dynamic entertainment environments.

You will manage location leaders, optimize labor and expenses, and collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Marketing to achieve business goals while traveling across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong business acumen with proven P&L, budgeting, and operational performance management.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on field support.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent standards and guest satisfaction.
• Coach General Managers and location leaders; build leadership pipelines.
• Monitor labor, budgets, and KPIs; drive revenue and profitability improvements.
• Travel regularly between locations to assess operations and mentor teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing and Ops to meet targets and priorities.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality across the portfolio.
