Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to elevate the customer experience, optimize store processes, and lead a team of 15+ leaders. You will foster a healthy work environment, coach leaders, and drive performance to meet Chick-fil-A standards.

The role calls for strong hospitality experience, business acumen, and a commitment to development of staff and operations with a flexible schedule across store hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant, customer service or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members.
• Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication.
• Lead a team of 15+ leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
• Coach leadership team to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results.
• Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled.
• Create a quarterly business plan and set weekly objectives.
• Set store goals, share results, and celebrate successes.
• Hold team members accountable to policy standards with feedback and discipline as needed.
• Ensure proper procedures for order taking, hospitality, speed, and accuracy.
