Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, including supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of managing multiple restaurant locations or large teams.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent quality and service standards across all locations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to build strong, effective teams.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support promotional activities and inventory management.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
