SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily Tropical Smoothie Cafe operations, cultivate talent, and drive strong financial performance. You will be the key leader responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding our high operational standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000–$58,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus up to 1% of store sales (average around $10,000).

Competenze

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 15-25 employees.
• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
