Job summary

ES Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee Eastern Standard, Equal Measure, Standard Italian and private dining programs in Boston's vibrant dining scene. This role requires a hands-on leader who can elevate service across lunch, brunch, and dinner.

You will mentor FOH managers, manage labor, costs, and vendor relations while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality.
• At least 3 years in management, ideally in a multi-concept setting.
• Experience overseeing multi-venue operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Eastern Standard, Equal Measure, Standard Italian and private dining spaces.
• Lead by example on the floor and maintain a hands-on presence.
• Guide FOH staff to provide memorable guest experiences and training programs for staff.
• Develop and implement ongoing training and development for FOH staff.
• Mentor a team of FOH managers and implement SOPs across the FOH.
