Eastern Standard Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across Eastern Standard, Equal Measure, and Standard Italian within the ES Hospitality group. The role supports Leadership and the AGM in daily management of a multi-venue, multi-daypart setting including private dining programs.

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in day-to-day management of FOH team across multiple concepts.
• Participate in opening and closing shifts as restaurant manager.
• Lead by example, maintain hands-on presence during service.
• Ensure proper steps of service across all FOH stations.
