Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity with a focus on guest service and sales growth.
• Model best-in-class guest service and respond to questions quickly and courteously.
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and guest relationships to drive sales.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain store inventory, loss prevention, and bank deposits as required.
• Ensure omni-channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Lead and develop store associates through onboarding and training.
