Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales performance.
• Provide best-in-class guest service; greet guests and resolve questions or concerns quickly and courteously.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and sales initiatives to guests.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop associates; ensure onboarding and compliance training are completed.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure proper staffing levels for optimal guest service.
