Job summary

RHA Health Services in the United States is hiring for a Float Pool - Direct Support Professional (DSP) to cover multiple units across Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and Burnsville.

This Regular, non-benefits-eligible position offers starting pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour and requires at least 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting with CPR certification and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting; behavioral health experience preferred for some units.
• Must complete required training and competency checklists for homes/clients/units.
• Maintain current licensure, CPR certification, and annual competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated units with staffing needs to cover vacancies and census above budget.
• Provide support for individuals and groups with disabilities in the community.
• Implement services to address goals and outcomes per each Centered Plan and coordinate with teams.
