JETSET Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand expanding across Metro Detroit. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our studios, overseeing performance, leadership development, growth, and successful new openings.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic operations, and a focus on delivering elevated client experiences while driving revenue and efficiency across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple studios or locations.
• Experience driving revenue, retention, and growth across a boutique fitness or high-touch consumer business.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop General Managers.
• Proven ability to scale operations and launch new locations.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across Metro Detroit studio locations, focusing on revenue, memberships, utilization, retention, labor efficiency, and profitability.
• Set expectations and cadence across locations; ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed.
• Coach General Managers and develop leadership pipelines; oversee staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Drive studio-level sales and client experience; optimize lead management and conversions.
• Oversee new studio openings and expansion planning with ownership and HQ teams.
• Collaborate on local marketing and community initiatives to grow awareness and memberships.
