Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our Metro Detroit studios. You will oversee multiple locations, drive performance, and develop General Managers while ensuring consistent brand standards and an elevated client experience.

You will own operational performance, implement SOPs, and partner with ownership to execute growth strategies and the rollout of new studios across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit leadership in boutique fitness, hospitality, or high-touch consumer businesses.
• Experience managing General Managers or location leaders.
• Experience opening new studios or rolling out multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, ops efficiency, and accountability.
• Strong KPI analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit performance across Metro Detroit studios, focusing on revenue, membership growth, utilization, retention, lead conversion, labor efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and develop General Managers; set expectations and evaluate performance against goals and standards.
• Drive sales, client experience, and membership growth at studio level; ensure consistent lead management and conversions.
• Lead new studio openings, including pre-opening readiness, staffing, onboarding, and execution of launches.
• Collaborate on local marketing and community growth; implement local partnerships and events.
