Job summary

Big Easy Ent in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the companywide food program, ensure consistent quality and safety, and drive operational performance across locations.

You will lead training and development for managers and staff, guide menu and concept innovation—including pop-up concepts for non-kitchen sites—and collaborate with Area Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of food service management or multi‑unit restaurant leadership.
• Track record of improving quality, consistency, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across locations.
• Experience launching new food concepts or pop-up programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Food Program Oversight across all locations to ensure brand standards and performance.
• Conduct operational audits to assess quality, sanitation, and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training for managers and staff on food prep and safety.
• Collaborate on menu and product innovation to drive profitability.
• Design and manage pop-up food programs for non-kitchen sites, including vendor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Partner with Area Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support initiatives.
• Track KPIs like food cost, waste, speed of service, sales, and customer satisfaction; implement improvements.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for quality and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve operations.
