Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role, preferably in luxury restaurant establishments.
• Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership.
• Manager Serve Safe certification is a plus.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service and Satisfaction: Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Financial Management: Manage cost control measures and expense tracking; monitor profitability and inventory levels.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; maintain a safe work environment.
• Any other duties, as assigned.
