Job summary

EBERLY in Austin is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead daily floor operations, uphold our high hospitality standards, and ensure flawless service across dining rooms and events.

You will partner with culinary and events teams, manage schedules and staffing, train personnel, and own operational projects from prep to post-shift review, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and guest-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop FOH teams.
• Solid understanding of labor, budgets, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and maintain service standards.
• Prepare for service with staffing, floor plans, and readiness.
• Manage reservations and real-time decisions on volume.
• Direct FOH departments and oversee opening/closing tasks.
• Coach and develop hourly staff and conduct performance conversations.
• Oversee weekly FOH schedules and maintain SOPs.
• Coordinate events, activations, and cross-department alignment.
• Monitor budgets, labor targets, and profitability.
