Job summary

Fooda seeks a Multi-Unit General Manager to lead operations across multiple sites, including indoor popups, catering and outdoor food trucks. You will manage client relationships, vendors and on-site teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in multi-unit foodservice, logistics or similar high-volume operations, with strong leadership and financial oversight. Some travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit foodservice operations or similarly complex service operations.
• Strong logistical, technical, financial and people-management capabilities.
• Experience in a high-volume, client-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, including indoor popup, catering and outdoor locations.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations involving client, partners, vendors and on-site teams.
• Bridge Fooda leadership and site management with clear communication and execution.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, customers, restaurants, vendors and service providers.
• Lead weekly or biweekly client calls to review performance and follow up on actions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to strengthen client relationships and success.
• Provide direction and leadership for all assigned sites.
• Hold weekly meetings with Program Managers and Supervisors to set priorities.
