Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Multi-Unit F&B Director I to lead a zone of restaurants within a terminal/concourse, ensuring opening readiness, staffing, and high standards. The role reports to the Sr/Director of Operations and drives operational and financial performance across the assigned area.

You will coach GMs and managers, manage onboarding and scheduling, promote inclusion, and ensure adherence to brand standards while coordinating with support teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall restaurant experience in multi-unit settings.
• 3+ years in concurrent multi-unit or large zone management.
• Graduation from a food service management/culinary program may substitute for time-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close zone restaurants and ensure readiness for next day.
• Schedule managers to ensure on-site leadership during all hours.
• Coach staff, promote engagement and diversity, and ensure safety compliance.
