Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and guest experience across locations.
• Oversee food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory controls, and budgeting.
• Drive process improvements while maintaining creativity and flexibility.
• Manage large-scale catering programs and VIP events with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and leadership.
