Job summary

Compass Group USA's Restaurant Associates unit seeks an Executive Chef to lead multi-unit café operations across high-profile sites. This EC partners with the GM to own the overall success of the food program and to ensure delivery of delicious meals and hospitable guest experiences.

You will mentor culinary teams, drive talent development, manage budgets, and ensure food safety and quality across sites. A culinary degree or equivalent is required, with at least 4 years in supervisory leadership

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ culinary supervisory experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Highly developed culinary skills with comfort in diverse cuisines.
• Ability to create innovative dishes within program guidelines.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong problem solving, communication and budgeting capabilities.
• Proficiency with computer tools and Google Suite; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-unit café operations to deliver high-quality meals.
• Deliver engaging guest experiences and hospitality.
