Qualifications

• College degree and 3-4 years' experience as a District Manager in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong PC skills are required.
• Ability to travel within your defined district.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Solid talent- and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for five to eight Wendy's store units.
• Coordinate activities and develop unit management staff.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, metrics, policies and procedures, and deliver a positive dining experience.
