Qualifications

• Solid talent- and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for five to eight Wendy's store units.
• Coordinate activities and develop management staff.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, metrics, policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in community affairs and participate in initiatives.
• Support delivery of a positive dining experience for customers.
