Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee in Pennsylvania seeks a District Manager to recruit, develop and lead teams across 5–6 stores. You will ensure guest service excellence, product quality, speed of service and cleanliness while driving store performance and employee growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years leading multi-unit teams in a fast-paced setting, with a business degree preferred and Serve-Safe certification.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree in business or a closely related field, may substitute for part of the experience.
• Serve-Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment: role models exceptional guest service and motivates the team to deliver it at all times.
• Builds Team Talent: hires and develops the restaurants, trains and communicates effectively, and coaches performance.
• Drives Sales Growth: identifies opportunities, thinks creatively, and maintains competitiveness with pride in responsibility area.
• Manages Controllables and Restaurant Compliance: analyzes trends, makes timely decisions under pressure, and focuses on root causes.
