Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making.
• Dynamic, energetic, positive leader who gets things done the right way.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• Strong leadership around coaching, developing the team, driving culture, problem-solving, and achieving results through others.
• Minimum 50-hour work week availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 5-6 restaurant locations.
• Ensure OSHA, health, safety and security standards are followed.
• Coach and train management to achieve operational excellence.
• Involved in new employee orientation and training quality.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations, hiring, terminations, investigations.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for all employees and guests.
• Identify repairs and maintenance needs and address them.
• Develop and maintain management staffing levels across the market.
• Drive top-line growth through operational focus.
• Lead policy implementation and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Provide leadership to managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address employee relations needs in the market.
• Utilize reports to identify opportunities.
• Supervise cross-department staff and provide feedback.
