Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal and operational management for multiple restaurants.
• Maintain field visibility and accountability across locations.
• Ensure consistent compliance with food safety, security, safety, and employment standards.
• Protect product integrity and brand image in all locations.
• Coach and develop restaurant leaders and teams.
• Ensure management staff receive development plans and timely evaluations.
• Drive performance improvements through coaching and feedback.
• Lead regular area meetings and share resources efficiently.
• Support hiring processes to recruit the right candidates for restaurants.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Encourage teamwork and cross-location collaboration.
• Implement bench planning and internal promotion processes.
