This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and data-driven decision making to improve performance district-wide. Travel across the district is expected; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume multi-unit environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making to drive operational and financial performance.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to oversee multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal and operational management across multiple Wendy-s locations.
• Maintain field visibility in restaurants and ensure standards for food safety, security, safety, and employment matters.
• Coach General Managers and provide timely development for staff.
• Drive performance by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices district-wide.
• Manage hiring and ensure proper staffing and labor law compliance.
• Conduct regular area meetings and promote teamwork and resources sharing.
• Support bench planning and internal promotions; ensure timely performance evaluations.
