Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual brands.
• 7+ years of experience in QR industry.
• Proven success in managing multiple locations and leading teams effectively.
• Strong skills in operations, financial management, and team development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational goals.
• Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop high-performing restaurant management teams.
• Oversee P&L management, food safety, labor control, and compliance.
• Travel regularly between assigned locations to provide hands-on leadership.
