• Proven ability to lead and develop store managers and teams across a large geography.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities
