• Lead merchandising presentation, product management and signing/pricing execution in each store.
• Plan and execute Company objectives with disciplined store scheduling and productivity.
• Develop Store Managers through proactive recruitment, selection and training.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention and cost controls.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within operating areas.
• Communicate Company priorities clearly to store teams and foster team collaboration.
