Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers; build accountability and high performance.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty; understand local market trends.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses; review P&L performance.
• Set goals, analyze performance, and partner with ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
