Job summary

Dunkin’ District Manager position overseeing 5–7 Dunkin’ restaurants. You will lead Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, maintain brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience across the portfolio.

You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, conduct store visits, and collaborate with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations. This role requires travel between locations and a focus on operations, guest satisfaction, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.
• Ensure restaurants meet Dunkin’ Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure successful execution of promotions and Brand initiatives.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.
• Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.
• Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
